Request from the client:
During the construction of the brand new hotel on the Caribbean islands, clients sought a company with experience and expertise in the audio-video industry. We were present throughout the construction process to oversee the cabling in conjunction with other works and address any potential issues that arose. The diverse buildings within the hotel complex required varied solutions, and it was essential to adapt our tasks to accommodate any interior project changes that occurred. The commissioning phase involved continuous communication with the client and their staff to create a system that would fulfill all the hotel’s requirements that will have in use.

Our proposal:
More than 300 different types of speakers were installed in corridors and leisure spaces, serving various purposes such as public announcements and music playback. Each area is equipped with its own audio source and an appropriate number of speakers, allowing users to choose their preferred audio and adjust the volume accordingly. In cafes, bars, and restaurants, the audio system is overseen by staff members.

The meeting and conference rooms are equipped with projectors mounted on motorized trolleys, along with projector screens that automatically raise or lower when the projector is turned on or off. These spaces are also outfitted with audio systems capable of distributing audio signals from either the projector or their dedicated audio sources.

To facilitate the sharing of audio and video content across different areas, a fiber optic network connects all major spaces within the hotel.
