Request from the client:
The client is seeking a reputable company with extensive experience in the AV industry and a proven track record of handling projects of this magnitude. Permission for the work was obtained upon the client’s initial entry into the space, and installation was completed during a low-capacity occupation period. The project was completed seamlessly and on schedule, with open communication and coordination between our team and the client’s representatives. The commissioning process was executed with the assistance of technical personnel from both our team and the client’s, working together as partners towards a successful outcome.

Our proposal:
MOS-AV’s expert team successfully installed over 200 Samsung displays of varying sizes, securely mounted on Chief brackets, in more than 60 conference rooms, common spaces, cafes, kitchens, and corridors. In addition, we installed more than 60 top-of-the-line Cisco conference equipment, high-quality Epson projectors with DaLite projector screens, Crestron speakers, and a comprehensive control system, including HDMI over CAT transmitters. To ensure optimal functionality, we also set up a sophisticated video production desk with various specialized equipment, along with two fully-populated 42″ Middle Atlantic racks, complete with data, audio, and video components.
